Adolescent Self-Harm - Student Information Pack  
By The Youth and Family Team at Nillumbik Community Health Service (Australia). This information pack contains activities and resources designed to help reduce or stop self-harm. Although aimed at adolescents, much of its contents is also relevant to adults, and will be of use to people that self-harm in all countries. It includes Substitutes and Alternatives for Self-harming, details of Self-Harm Web Sites (world-wide), and six useful activities:
